Peter and Clair Harnetty Prize
A cash prize has been endowed by Peter and Claire Harnetty for a student in second, third or fourth year of the Bachelor of Arts Program in the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at The University of British Columbia Okanagan. The prize is made on the recommendation of the Faculty to recognize an outstanding essay in a History course. Dr. Peter Harnetty is a Professor Emeritus of Asian Studies at The University of British Columbia.
